Anapa

Anapa is a seaside resort town renowned all over Russia for its spas and mineral hot springs. It has over 40 km. of sandy beaches (Dzhemete is the longest natural sandy beach in Europe). Today Anapa is considered the most comfortable family resort in Russia with a highly developed infrastructure and uncountable things to do: here, everyone can find what they’re looking for. Anapa is the sunniest place on the Black Sea coast of the Caucuses with only 48 cloudy days per year on average. Swimming season runs from the 15th of May to the 15th of October.

Anapa has a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and infrequent snow cover. The average temperature is 15.0 C°.

For leisure and recreation we recommend a visit to the Abrau-Dyurso reservoir, the dolphin aquarium, and the Gorgippiya archeological nature preserve.
